Cards, presents, trees, light

It’s a time to make things right
So easy today words that upset
in the heat of anger or pressure
Some could even sound like a threat
Christmas is a time to make things fresher
Words of peace, joy and love
All these before us
Let them give us a shove

Time has a way of passing
