Pain everywhere, hurting my head
The field invites me to stop and sit
Forget my voices, listen to the grass instead
The rustle of the bushes and trees
Embracing my anxiety, my insecurities
Nature helps cure all diseases
Spend time with the wonders of the Earth
Take in the glory of the world
Helping me realise my worth
Nature never makes judgements
It welcomes me a friend
And never makes derogatory comments
