As the night moved towards the dawn
The island awoke and
Resettled itself on the seabed
But today life just continued on
Buildings moved, people awoke
Dogs and cats ran in the streets
But we all went back to sleep
As it appears nothing really broke
Today nobody seems to speak
About the phenomenon
Of tectonic plates shifting
