My Soul is Warm

A dark-haired stranger
Arrived and entered my soul
I thought I had met an angel
And my soul is now in her control

She haunts my days
Like a star from a movie
Everything my soul sees is through a haze
Of her sultry beauty

I had an empty place in my soul
Constantly filled by a raging storm
Now I just want to rock and roll
As she makes my soul warm

Will this dark-haired wonder
Always be with me
Sometimes I sit and ponder
But my soul doesn’t want to be free.
