As we travel along life’s road
Doors open and close around us
They decide on our fate and our load
But to live we must enter, it is forever thus
The doors can take us to peace and love
And at times to pain and sorrow
They all fit like a glove
And at time we wish for a new tomorrow
But we must enter each door believing in ourselves
Know in our heart that when they open and close
They will allow us to experience something else
And we have the courage to see where the road goes.
