Last night the snow came
Now the streets don’t look the same
White blankets cover cars
From minis to jaguars
Kids off school build a snowman
Turning a kerbside into a wonderland
Adults in scarfs and woolly hats
Certainly not the attire for diplomats
Vehicles cutting paths into snow covered roads
So, by the roadside snow now piles up in loads
As work and shopping must be done
