Rough Waters

In life we can sail in unknown seas
Where skies are dark, and winds are wild
For to exist we must face rough waters
Or do we want water to always be meek and mild

With every current and wave we ride
We learn to navigate with grace
Setting a course, come what may
And we trust in life’s embrace

Storms may rage, angry and wild
But we have faith in finding ways
To live in life’s vast ocean and its rough waters
While we search for a future full of better days.
