Town twinners gathered by the canal
An evening to reminisce, to enjoy each other’s company
To eat, drink and chat
And hope the pub beer wasn’t flat
But before town twinners settled they played games
Loiter in pub door, musical tables
Even a little soiree by the canal side
But sadly no narrowboat ride
However, town twinners are hardy folk
Finally settling round a square table
Just minding where one put their elbows
A few flies joined in but thankfully no crows
So, town twinners chatted about this and that
But when oral sex came up that was definitely a bit of the other
Perhaps moving on, the evening was a big success
Full of fun and laughter and no stress.
