Twilight

Twilight is arriving, slowly, gracefully
The sun is sliding away behind the trees
And the wedding venue looks to wind down
But the bride is still beautiful in her gown

A field once full of joyous children
Takes a breath knowing tomorrow
It will again be the same
As more children will play a new game

Yet as the wedding day creeps to a conclusion
Enter the building and you can dance
Joining Zoe and Tony on the floor
Till it is time for all to exit the midnight door.
